What to expect

Vicki prides herself on offering a tailored approach to every client she has the joy of working with. Here’s what you can expect when you work with The Woodland Atelier…
STEP ONE
Vicki encourages you to discover her availability for your love story and special event. Once confirmed, she’ll schedule a consultation to uncover those hidden treasures, discuss your vision, craft mood boards and create detailed sketches. If a site visit is required, she is always more than happy to include it as part of the service.
STEP TWO
Following your consultation. Vicki will provide you with a detailed quote based upon the designs that have been discussed. A 25% booking fee is required to secure your date, which will be deducted from your final balance.
STEP THREE
Approximately six weeks before the wedding, Vicki will hold another in-depth meeting where you can refine your arrangements if needed. This is the perfect time to finalise the finer details of your wedding and event flowers!
STEP FOUR
On the day of the event, Vicki will be on hand to deliver and set-up your blooms. Larger installations will typically be erected the day before. Please note, the service also includes the take-down of all arrangements.
