April

April has been glorious, watching the trees leaf up and the cherry blossoms bloom (one of my favourites). It’s a great day when dining can begin alfresco with regular lunch and breakfasts in the garden and our first dinner of the season tonight!

There are all sorts of flower seeds springing up in the poly tunnel, and lots of herbs, Marigolds, ‘Snow Princess’ and Nasturtiums galore from deep red to vibrant tangerine.

May will see the start of my Cornish wedding season, so I am relishing the calm days before making the flowery magic happen for my 2025 couples!
